Environmental Design Consultants (EDC) has merged with Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM), to form a centre of sustainable, low energy design at SKM’s European HQ in Manchester.
Peter MacKellar, Sinclair Knight Merz’s European Chief Operating Officer, said: “SKM and EDC possess highly complementary skills sets that will improve our capacity to service the growing demand for sustainable building design.
“This merger is about leveraging our combined strengths to respond to increasing client demand for sustainable design solutions.”
