Eric Faux remembered: Midland Area Housing Association has launched a five-year scholarship in memory of its former chair, Eric Faux (above), who died earlier this year aged 80. It is aimed at young tenants who are leaving school and want to get involved in regeneration and housing in the Midlands. An MBA scholarship for Midland Area staff has also been launched in Eric's memory.
