Visitor Management Systems
Photo ID
Access control
Security managers can NOW enhance workplace security, create a visitor database and project a more professional image to the public by using a cost-effective visitor management system developed by Avery Dennison.
Avery’s system photographs, logs and then tracks visitors as they register at a firm’s reception area or for an event. Once an individual’s details are entered into the photo ID system, it prints a neat ID badge complete with colour photograph. Check out is also fast… visitors simply hand their badge to a member of the Front-of-House security staff and they’ll quickly scan it on exit.
A major benefit of the new system is that it enables a business to store data on its visitors and create a valuable database for future use (containing details of suppliers, customers and the workforce). End user organisations will have both the visitor information and a photographic image logged in the system, creating a databank that also includes vital information on length of visit, destination within the facility and the frequency of visits to site.
