Exitex Ltd has launched proceedings against Plastech Multiseals Ltd of Coventry for infringement of UK Patent No. 2,266,737.

The patent covers ‘Hip and Valley’ gaskets that are available exclusively from Exitex Ltd, who have confirmed their determination to protect the rights conferred by their patents.
