Fairmile Fencing has supplied a range of its perimeter protection systems to improve security in Sheffield schools.
Providing what is said to be an "extremely effective security barrier" to would-be intruders, the company's Maxiguard 358 fencing – plucked from the welded mesh series – has been specified by Northern Fencing Contractors at OwlerBrook Junior and Infants School, King Edward VII Secondary School, Tapton Secondary School, Lydgate Junior School and Firvale Comprehensive.
A strong panel mesh configuration plus the thickness of the steel wire used (4 mm) makes the Maxiguard 358 almost impossible to penetrate and climb.
