Faithful & Gould is providing technical advice on the latest stage of Nottingham's LIFT programme, which is upgrading healthcare facilities for primary trusts in Greater Nottingham.
The latest schemes will see the development of a new primary care centre at Keyworth for Rushcliffe PCT and a joint access centre for Nottingham City PCT and Nottingham City Council.
The firm is currently acting as technical adviser on the first three schemes at Carlton (above), Stapleford and Clifton. The projects have a combined value of £25m and are due for completion in early 2006.
The Greater Nottingham LIFT Co is a PPP that was formed in 2004 to deliver new healthcare facilities.
