Permadoor, a major composite door supplier, unveiled exciting and innovative new product developments at Interbuild last month, to existing and new customers.

Premier fire, the innovative new range of fire resistant doorsets from Permadoor was seen for the first time. The new range of 30 minute fire doorsets feature a thermoplastic faced composite door leaf incorporated into Permadoor's standard 60mm PVC-U outerframe system with the addition of unique fire sealing system (patent pending).

Available in a choice of eight styles, the fire doors have been tested to and successfully passed BSi PAS 23 and PAS 24 and are available as Secured By Design licensed products. Importantly, all Premier fire doorsets have been tested at a UKAS accredited test house in accordance with BS476-22:1987 and BS476-31.1:1983. Premier fire doorsets successfully passed all tests, meeting the building regulation requirement FD30S, achieving a fire resistance integrity in excess of 30 minutes.

Permadoor also introduced a new sidelight panel, to complement its popular Premier plus range of low maintenance thermoplastic doors.
