Kent County Council’s Capital Projects department has qualified as a member of the CIOB’s Chartered Building Company scheme.

The capital projects team provides client-side project management to ensure school construction projects keep within set timescales and budget. According to CBC manager Jess Deacon, membership will help the Kent team build relationships with local contractors and CIOB members.
