Morfitts has been working alongside Shouksmiths’ north-west division on a £1.6 million design-and-build m&e package that is set to provide services for the prestigious Floral Hall Hotel in Southport, Merseyside.
The firm is installing a ground-source heat pump that will contribute 80 kW to the overall heating and cooling system, as client Neptune Developments is committed to using sustainable solutions and renewable energy wherever possible.
The 130-bedroom hotel is part of the resort’s new Floral Hall Gardens development, which comprises a casino, conference facilities and a public plaza.
