More than 300m2 of TLX Gold has been installed in a 10-bedroom barn conversion in a Monmouthshire valley in south Wales

Specified for its ease and speed of use, the product enabled the barn roof to be totally watertight in four days and will allow the building team to continue with the project throughout the winter.

TLX Gold is a combined multi-foil insulation and breather membrane installed in the same way as a standard roofing tile underlay. The product, which is 1.2m in width, vents moisture away from a roof structure. The product is installed above existing insulation and can be used when upgrading or renovating a roof.
