Development of 145 apartments for Network Housing Group will meet level four of the Code for Sustainable Homes

Contractor Durkan has won a £17m project to build 145 apartments for housing association Network Housing Group.

The flats, on land next to Central Middlesex Hospital in north-west London, will be for key workers for affordable rent and shared ownership.

Construction of the homes will meet level four of the UK Code for Sustainable Homes. The scheme will include bike bays, biomass boilers, green and brown roofs, a garden and a play area for children.
