The off-site sector is worth about £2bn in the UK but the supply chain is highly fragmented and made up mainly of SMEs

To make it easier for specifiers, contractors and clients to find the most appropriate products and suppliers, MTech Consult will launch an online version of its Offsite directory on 1 June.

Offsite Online will give architects, specifiers and project managers the ability to search for suppliers of off-site products that most closely match their requirements. Suppliers can be selected against pre-set criteria including location, project size, specialism, product approvals and delivery performance.

The directory will be continually updated by Mtech Consult and will also bring news on the sector, including changes in status and capability of the supply chain.
