Part of the Galliford Try group, Midas Homes operates in the Devon Cornwall and Somerset area, building just under 400 homes a year, some 170 of which are affordable. The company has won a string of design awards for its traditional-looking schemes, and often develops mixed-tenure communities, embracing principles like pepperpotting.

  • The company has formed a western region to cover Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire.

  • In its first two years of operation has increased output from 50 units to 198 units
  • Grown profit by 376% over the past year
  • Has introduced a customer extranet service, where buyers can keep track of the progress of their home

  • Unit sales increased by 34.8% over the year
  • Opened three new offices and appointed three new management boards
  • The company has very successfully rebranded
