Part of the Galliford Try group, Midas Homes operates in the Devon Cornwall and Somerset area, building just under 400 homes a year, some 170 of which are affordable. The company has won a string of design awards for its traditional-looking schemes, and often develops mixed-tenure communities, embracing principles like pepperpotting.
