Last year, Building successfully launched the Good Employer Guide to showcase the very best companies to work for across the construction industry. With recruitment and retention ever more important, we are starting to compile our guide for 2008, and we would like you to participate.

Registration is open to all those companies who would qualify to be in our top 250 consultants and top 150 contractors and housebuilders lists, and specialist contracting firms. Our only stipulation is that your company must employ at least 30 people in non-support roles and each must have an individual company email address, as the best firms will be selected by a confidential staff survey.

The Good Employer Guide will be published with Building in October. It will also be available as a digital edition on our website, and will be sent to universities and directly to final-year students.
