Detailed planning consent has been granted for a new retail led mixed-use scheme in Folkestone town centre, Kent. The project will be anchored by a 8,000m2 ASDA superstore at first floor level above a mix of uses on ground floor level. The scheme, designed by GMW Architects for client Bride Hall Estates, includes offices, nine flats and 570 car parking spaces. The project team includes QS Cyril Sweett and project manager Altonwood.
