John Fredericks has further strengthened its production capacity by appointing 20 new staff and doubling its shift times by operating a night shift. This move will give the Huddersfield based company the ability to manufacture up to 5,000 frames a week.
The appointments and the additional shift follows hard on the heel of a massive investment by John Fredericks on new machinery. Last year, the company purchased new corner cleaners, which gave the company more product flexibility and increased sash production by around 20%.

The new kit adds to John Fredericks' already impressive portfolio of equipment, which includes three automated cutting machines worth over £1 million, reinforcing centres, auto screwing machines, head welders, verti-quad welders and bar coding machines, to improve production lead times and product quality.
