3:00PM Project Abbey Guersney appoint firm to cost manage former hospital site in 'NoHo'

Gardiner & Theobald has been appointed cost and project manager on the transformation of the three-acre former site of Middlesex Hospital, London.

The buildings are to be to converted into a mixed-use development in what’s being billed as one of the largest ever property developments in the West End.

The client is Project Abbey Guernsey. Candy & Candy is acting as development manager and designer.

The Middlesex Hospital buildings are located in NoHo, the area north of Soho.
