Garden army: Residents of Harlow Foyer, including Keleigh Ashby (pictured), are working with contractor Pinnacle to build a new garden. The £75,000 project will include an ampitheatre and a barbecue made from the front of a VW Beetle car. The work is funded by youth charity the Jack Petchey Foundation, Harlow council and Lloyds/TSB bank.
