After enjoying success in a number of senior roles with Deceuninck Group, Gary Morton (right) has finally ended his association with the Company. The former UK CEO was at pains to emphasise that the separation was amicable.

Morton spent 10 years as Managing Director of Status Systems and played a key role in its sale to the Deceuninck Group. Thereafter he was charged with heading up Deceuninck’s UK operation. Within the industry, he is widely recognised as the figurehead of GM Fundraising, a charity that has raised many hundreds of thousands of pounds for the children’s hospice movement. He concludes, ‘I have a number of commercial interests in the window and conservatory markets, an active property portfolio, ambitions to be a restaurateur, ongoing charity commitments to GM Fundraising and a family to take care of, so that should be more than enough to keep me busy! I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my former colleagues for their hard work, their friendship and to wish Deceuninck Group the continued success they deserve’.
