Housing group launches mega-framework of 100 firms
Genesis Housing Group has launched a mega-framework of 110 firms to work with it over the next four years.
The list includes 39 firms that can deal with quantity surveying, project management or cost planning for Genesis subsidiaries PCHA, Sutherland, Pathmeads and Springboard, all affordable housing providers in London and the south east who manage 40,000 homes between them.
There are 16 firms on the list that can provide all three services (QS, PM and cost planning): Bailey Garner, BPP, Drake & Reynolds, EC Harris, Gardiner Theobald, GenTect Homes, Gleeds, HBW Partnership, Martin Associates, MDA Group, Pellings, Philip Pank Partnership, PRP Architects, Robert Lombardelli Partnership, Walker Management and Woodeson Drury Partnership.
Hunter & Partners and Madlin & Maddison are both set to provide PM and QS services under the framework, while Calfordseaden and Leonard Tridgell Associates will act as PM and cost planner. BMH Construction is on the list as a QS and cost planner.
There are 14 firms on there purely to act as PM: Anterior, Appleyards Consulting, Carruth Marshall Partnership, Churchill Hui, Dunlop Haywards, Gardner Partnership, The GHM Consultancy Group, Hornagold & Hills, Jefferson Sheard, Kenneth Mark Practice, Mace, Northcroft, Paul Whitley Architects and Stanford Eatwell Associates.
Appleyard & Trew and Mount Anvil are both on the framework to act as cost planners, while Capita Symonds and Cyril Sweett will both provide QS services.
