A joint venture partnership called Bioregional Quintain has been formed to develop new sustainable communities.

Environmental organisation Bioregional Properties formed a 50:50 joint venture partnership with property developer Quintain Estates and Development to deliver green housing schemes.

The sustainable developments will be based on the partnership’s 10 principles for sustainable living including zero carbon, zero waste, sustainable transport, local and sustainable materials and equality.
