This picture, by Redbridge Foyer resident Nico Blu, is on display at Proud Galleries in central London along with 100 pictures by other residents of young people's housing network the Foyer Federation.

They all took part in a photography competition run by the federation. The photography scheme started as a pilot in four premises and expanded nationwide last summer. The exhibition runs until 6 March.
