BT redcare vision is to supply Transport for London with telecommunications to help implement the congestion charge.
The services will link video images to a central data hub over the first five years of its operation.

The transmission service will send near broadcast quality, full colour pictures of vehicles entering the capital, ensuring that picture resolution is suitable for recording and identification purposes.
