HIGH ART: Liverpool Housing Action Trust and local contemporary artists are set to convert a 22-storey block of flats into a work of art.

Following its ‘Up in the air’ art project, the trust is handing over the tower block for three one-month residencies, each culminating in an exhibition. The block will be demolished at the end of next year.
