A 14-storey luxury residential development in Manchester's Deansgate is causing passers-by to take a second glance due to its unusual design. The brickless structure has fully-glazed exterior walls and rises from a two-storey block with a reception and shops.

Electrical contractor NG Bailey chose MEM equipment for the flats; this includes specially-made stainless steel wiring accessories. Each flat is served by a Memera 2000 consumer unit; 16-way units have been used in the penthouses and 12-way units in the other flats.
