Hill top settlement: Hoare Lea designed the m&e services for the Barton Hill Settlement in Bristol. The community resource centre comprises a 1000 m2, four-storey building with teaching and IT facilities for the local area. For energy efficiency, condensing boilers were specified and use of fluorescent lighting maximised. Sterling Mechanical & Electrical Contractors and Cook & Harris completed the electrical and mechanical works respectively.
