Hills Electrical & Mechanical has been awarded a contract to install m&e services in the next phase of the category A fit-out of 30 St Mary Axe in the City of London. The contractor will install lighting, four-pipe fan coil air conditioning units, small power and fire alarms. The building is the winner of the RIBA Stirling Prize 2004.
