Amicus Group tenants and local residents in Halton, Hastings, have been celebrating the completion of a £3.5m regeneration programme.

A range of improvements have been carried out to homes, including improved security and landscaped gardens. The project marks the first major regeneration of the area since the 1960s.

The area is a designated Millennium Community.
