Deal will run from this October until 2029
Codi Group has released an advance notice for a construction framework worth up to £400m to build thousands of homes across Wales by the end of the decade.
The housing association released a planned procurement notice last week, with an official tender expected to be published next month on 23 February.
The work will include building houses, residential homes, social services buildings, subsidised residential buildings and multi-dwelling buildings.

Codi said several principal contractors will be appointed across different lots with an unlimited number of contractors to be appointed.
The contract will run from 1 October this year to 30 November 2029, with the option of a one year extension. Tenders are due back in May with a winner announced in the first week of July.
Codi was formed following the merger of Linc and Pobl, two Welsh housing associations, in April 2024. The pair officially rebranded as Codi at the start of 2026.
