Moat and Swan and developer Jon and William Moen have got planning permission for a £3m development in Harlow, Essex.

The 35-home scheme will include 17 shared-ownership flats and 18 for sale on the open market. It also has a live/work unit and a retail unit. Architects ECD designed the scheme, which was masterplanned by Roger Evans Associates. A tender will be issued today to find a construction firm for the project. The scheme is part of a wider £20m development.
