Styles & Wood had to fly in two industrial extractor fans for the £3.5m fit-out of a new soccer centre and health club in Blackburn when the site proved too tricky for cranes. The development has been built on a slope at the bottom of which are two reservoirs. In 18 weeks Styles & Wood’s StoreFit division fitted out the health club, including a 20-metre pool, aerobics studios, two jaccuzis, reception area and the soccer centre that has 11 indoor six-a-side football pitches and a licensed bar.
