Franklin + Andrews is now a division within MM’s management economic and consultancy unit, which has a turnover of £70m and 800 staff.

This is split into three:

  • Construction economics, which makes up 50% of the division and trades as Franklin + Andrews, its high profile work includes being part of the 2012 bid team
  • Project and programme management, which trades as Osprey Mott MacDonald/Mott MacDonald and is 30% of the business
  • Business and technology
  • consulting, which covers technical advice on PFI/PPP, as well risk safety and management consultancy and takes up the remaining 20%
