NEW TECHNOLOGY allows loved ones around the world to share in a wedding day. The Sirrus technology allows families and friends to view weddings as they take place , live on the internet, from anywhere in the world. The company, which specialises in remote vision systems, is working with Wandsworth Borough Council to broadcast weddings from its register office.
Todd and Jamie Nelson were one of the first couples to web broadcast their wedding and it was watched by family in Western Australia. Wedding Watch involves a remote vision camera positioned in the register office networked to a web server where the images are relayed.
