In the City: Emcor Drake & Scull has completed work on a new Land Securities building in the City of London. The ten-storey office comprises trading floors and a roof terrace. Emcor completed the design development, co-ordination and installation of m&e services in this fast track project. construction was completed in 72 weeks with the fast-track schedule met using a prefabrication strategy.
