In the red corner: Social investment agency Prime Focus has embarked on this £6.3m key-worker accommodation development in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. It was designed by architect Bryant Priest Newman. The work means 63 flats will be available to key workers on a shared-ownership basis. Construction is expected to be completed by spring next year.
