Property maintenance services provider Integral has bought the £15 million m&e business from OCS Engineering for an undisclosed sum.

The 70 staff working for the OCS division, based in Clapham, south London, will transfer to Integral’s 2500 workforce.

Bryan Glastonbury, managing director of Integral UK, said: “We are confident Integral will provide the m&e division with the opportunity to develop its full potential. OCS can strengthen the partnering arrangements through which it offers services across the UK.”

In the past five years, Integral has grown from a turnover of £57m to £131m. The business transfer was structured by Deloitte Corporate Finance and Momentum Corporate Finance.
