RICS QSs in Kent should note that Invicta CPD is no longer in existence.

You will not notice the difference because Invicta CPD has not provided CPD of a QS content for some five years. The reason for its demise is low numbers. What do they expect with poor quality meetings in poor quality venues and nothing for the QS. However, QSi is expanding and aims to be running regular CPD events in Kent in the near future.

A joint event with CIOB Kent will be held next January. I am not advocating leaving RICS (no matter that it is extremely poor value for money) – as long as there are members such as Launce Morgan and Jeremy Hackett prepared to push for services to members then there is a chance the benefits enjoyed before the Agenda for Change disaster may return.
