Is this an hermaphrodite plot?

I am somewhat concerned by your last coverline (Gender Agenda, CM July/August). Either Simons has embarked on a genetic mutation programme to turn its staff into half male, half female people, or the headline should have been re-written. I trust it is the latter as otherwise Simons may have a recruitment problem.
