To suggest that dealing with antisocial behaviour has a negative impact on customer relations is strange. Antisocial landlords – I’ve heard everything now.

These issues are grossly exaggerated and should not divert us from trying to protect the numerous victims of antisocial behaviour.

I’d expect the RSL’s solicitor to give advice on the evidence required to prove a case and whether the Disability Discrimination Act has been taken into account. And surely the judge or a good defence solicitor will expose poor practice or malicious complaints?
