Emcor facilities services employee Jim Hodges (left, with Scottish football manager Walter Smith) has won BBC Scotland's Unsung Hero award, the Sunday Mail's Scottish Sports Volunteer of the Year award and Emcor's own International Diamond award. His feat: being instrumental in the creation of a state-of-the-art sports facility in Kilwinning, Ayrshire. Hodges led local teams in fund raising and lobbying for the new facilities.
