Staffing solutions company EPCglobal is seeking electrical contractors for reconstruction work in post-war Iraq.
On 17 April the US Agency for International Development announced the award of the Iraq Capital Construction Contract. As conditions in the country stabilise the project will need electrical engineers and designers from around the world. EPCglobal is preparing to meet this demand by compiling a pool of interested candidates that will be instantly available to hiring managers as the vacancies arise.
The Capital Construction Contract is the largest to be handed out by USAID as part of the reconstruction process. It covers the infrastructure rebuilding of a number of key civil utilities including the repair and maintenance of the electrical grid, which has been left in tatters by years of war and external sanctions.
Jobs are openly available to candidates in the UK and abroad. Register online at www.epcglobal.com.
