Engineer Hurleypalmerflatt has appointed David Gray divisional director. He joins from WSP, where he was a director responsible for mechanical and electrical engineering in Scotland, and will be based in Hurleypalmerflatt’s Glasgow office.

Roger Nickells has been appointed Middle East regional director at Buro Happold. He has previously worked on high-profile projects in the Middle East including the Jumeirah Beach hotel and Wild Wadi water park.

Dave Robinson has been made managing director at lighting consultancy Pinniger. He rejoins the company after being head of services at lighting supplier Zumtobel.

Peter Borg has joined Norton Rose Australia as a construction and engineering partner. He was previously at Pinsent Masons, Hong Kong, where he was a partner in
the projects and international construction division.

Suppliers
Mike Holt has been appointed finance director at construction materials supplier Low & Bonar. He joins from equipment rental group Vp, where he was finance director.
