Building services contractor sets up response arm

JND Response is the latest division to be launched by the John N Dunn Group providing rapid call-out solutions to central heating, plumbing and electrical problems for customers.

JND Response offers a 24-hour call-out service and can cater to anything from a leaking tap to the installation of a new central heating system. The business is already working with a number of clients such as Newcastle Building Society’s Kings Manor Properties.

Divisional head at JND Response, Colin Urquhart said: “All of our fully-trained engineers provide an unrivalled quality of workmanship and are very professional. We will provide photographic identification on arrival and are courteous and respectful in our customer’s properties.

“As well as having all the necessary qualifications and a high level of technical ability, our engineers have been hand-picked for additional qualities such as communication skills and openness, which we find equally important. The bespoke IT and telephony systems we have developed allows us to communicate job status throughout.”
