KENDER surprise: The Kender Triangle regeneration project in New Cross Gate, south-east London, has entered its second phase following the appointment of landscape architect Broadway Malyan. The project, managed by Hyde Housing Association, will create a mix of affordable and shared-ownership homes and private homes for sale. In total 434 homes are to be new-build, 335 will be refurbished and 437 will be demolished.
