Only key workers need apply for homes at the Wells Farm Heights development in Whyteleafe, Surrey.

The first phase of the £22m estate, which will provider 208 one- and two-bedroom homes, will be finished in August this year.

Optimum Housing Group will sell 136 of the homes at a discount, or with shared ownership, and keep 72 for low-cost rent.
