Liverpool-based Plus Housing Group is developing 30 eco-homes for shared ownership in Castlefields, Runcorn.

The two-bedroom flats and three-bedroom houses are being built using timber frames manufactured off site from sustainable sources. The development is set for completion in September.

The shared-ownership scheme is part of the Castlefields regeneration masterplan
