Planned developments include a £7.5m scheme of 64 flats in Basingstoke, designed by Jessop and Cook and to be built by Drew Smith.
Kingfisher was formed in 1995 to take half the housing stock of Basingstoke & Dean council. It has since expanded into Hampshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire. Marketing director Penny Luke said: "We are the only association in the south of England and one of seven or eight associations nationally to obtain the top financial viability ratings in the Housing Corporation assessments."
n Bradford & Bingley has signed two deals worth a total of £8m, one with Walsall's Caldmore Housing Association and one with Cadwyn Housing Association of Cardiff.
The £3m loan for Caldmore takes its borrowing with the bank to £7.7m. It will use the money for development and improvements to existing homes. Cadwyn's £5m loan will be spent on development.
