A developer in Leeds plans to build social housing at the foot of two giant glass buildings dubbed the “kissing towers”

The 47- and 29-storey towers are the centrepiece of a £120m office, retail and housing scheme chosen by Leeds city council for the regeneration of the Criterion Place car park area. The plan was put forward by Simons Estates, working with Ian Simpson Architects.
