Line of Light is a RIBA Journal competition-winning discrete linear lighting system designed by architect Gavin Harris of Mackay & Partners
Now being manufactured by Whitegoods, Line of Light is designed to reduce detailing and simplify installation. It also features a double ‘knife-edged’ profile, meaning that from several angles, the depth of the light fitting is imperceptible.
The lights can be ceiling-mounted close offset, ceiling suspended, inset within a ceiling/wall corner junction, within the corner of two adjoining walls or wall-mounted close offset. In close offset configurations, a re-lamping design ensures easy access for maintenance without having to remove the whole unit.
