Helsinki may not be the first place you'd think of for that perfect luxury holiday.
But according to lighting control specialist Helvar, the illuminations at Hotel Kämp would brighten even the darkest Scandinavian mood.
Helvar's Ambience system is designed to control the hotel's environment through sensitive lighting effects.
Ambience is installed throughout, to set any scene the hotel desires. In the conference rooms, the system is set to receive scene commands from audiovisual systems, building management systems and fire alarms.
Lighting can be easily adjusted without the use of manual dimmers or multiple switches in rooms.
"Whatever the design of the room or the particular lighting required, Ambience can fit to it," says Helvar.
Finnish contractor ARE OY completed the installation.
